RIGO SERRAMENTI installs magnetic gaskets of a non-deformable thermoplastic composite rubber compliant with UNI 8649 standards for dimensional stability vs. changes in temperature. Use of these magnetic gaskets also ensures another innovative function: the soft contact between door and frame provides steady, uniform thermo-acoustic insulation. No force closing needed.
RIGO SERRAMENTI windows have passed all air and water tightness tests — performed at the Institute for Wood Technology (Istituto per la Tecnologia del legno) in San Michele all'Adige (TN) - with flying colours.
If adequately treated, wood can satisfy even the most demanding customer, one who is not inclined to perform maintenance.
This is why painting and/or staining is an essential part of window construction: today RIGO guarantees this extremely delicate phase of production. We build windows and doors that are easy to maintain, that will remain in perfect condition for years. No need to periodically remove and sand them.
To do so, we have turned to one of the major producers of wood stains, working up treatment cycles that can guarantee that these windows and doors will last up to 10 years.
